Fitness football
These sessions are ideal for your children who aspire to excel in sports! Every Tuesday evening, they will have the opportunity to work on their speed, endurance, and coordination. On Sunday, they will join a competitive group, surrounded by other children aged 7 to 15, to boost their performance. Register them now so they can reach their full potential!
I had the privilege of training as a fitness trainer in England at Crystal Palace and Manchester United Academy, and intensity and motor skills work are integral parts of my sessions.
