Biography
The athlete
Florent Lacasse, born January 21, 1981 in Paris, is a French athlete specializing in middle distance running, notably the 800 meters. After a career marked by notable performances, he announced his retirement on July 30, 2011, during the French Championships in Albi. He has since worked as a football fitness coach and corporate coach. His track record includes a Junior World Championship runner-up title in 2000 and participation in the Athens Olympic Games in 2004.

I graduated with a bachelor's degree in sports science from South Africa. My experience in supporting individuals and businesses began in 2014. Among the businesses, I had the privilege of supervising running sessions with L'Occitane and Orangina.
Regarding physical preparation, I was trained in training by clubs such as Crystal Palace FC and Manchester United, I was able to supervise many professional players, as well as players from training centers.
As for running, I still continue to train a group in Aix en Provence with the aim of leisure and performance.
